List of rules:

1. Eligibility

The contest is open to all attendees of the exhibition aged 18 or over.

Participants may submit multiple photos, but each photo must be unique to qualify for an additional chance to win.

2. How to Enter

To qualify, photos must:

• Feature the LS Scientific Booth and ‘branded photo frame’ at the exhibition.

• Be original and taken by the participant during the event.

• Entries must be posted on LinkedIn with the hashtag #LSScientific and tag LS Scientific, UK.

• Participants must have a public profile during the contest period to allow your team to view the entry.

• Show your support by following our page

 

3. Contest Duration

The contest starts at 9hrs on Wednesday 30th 2024 and ends at 1600hrs on Thursday 31st 2024. All entries must be posted within this timeframe to be eligible.

 

4. Selection of Winner

The winning photo will be selected randomly after the event. The number of entries a participant submits increases their chances of winning, but the winner is ultimately chosen at random.

Each photo counts as a separate entry, regardless of the number of people in the photo or the number of times an individual appears across different entries.

 

5. Prize

The winner will receive a £50 Amazon voucher.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

 

6. Announcement of Winner

The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered within 7 days after the contest ends.

The winner must claim their prize by replying to the direct message within 7 days. If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, another winner may be selected.

 

7. Legal Considerations

By entering this contest, you consent to LS Scientific using your contest entry (including any photos, videos, or other content submitted) for future marketing and promotional purposes.  This may include, but is not limited to, use on our website, social media channels, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.

LS Scientific reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet the contest criteria, are deemed inappropriate, or violate the rules.

 

LS Scientific is not responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information, or for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to computer, internet, or technical errors.

 

8. Privacy

How your information will be used:

Your data submitted with the entry will only be used for the purposes described above and will not be shared with third parties.

We may display your name, username and location alongside your entry if it is used.

Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR requirements.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, please get in touch with us, as below.
